How To Dimension Jump

The Multiverse

Many versions of you exists in multiple dimensions. The worst version of yourself all the way to the best version of yourself. This is considered although not coined here “Dimension Jumping”, “Timeline Jumping”, “Quantum Jumping” “Dimension Leaping” “Timeline Shifting” or quite simply “DJing”. Linear Time is an illusion. A timeline consists of many parallel realities frames that are experienced from a specific point of view. You can jump timelines by finding the vibration of where you want to go. Ultimately you are lining up with the experiences you want to have and letting go of the need to learn from past failures and through them and are adapting. More specifically, you are detaching from yourself in order to allow a formatting shift and triggering a replacement (either by deliberate intending or accidental alignment via mood association) either through the mirror method, two cups method, Memory Block exploration via The Infinite Grid and Hall of Records -metaphor restructuring, Neville Goddard’s approach based on ideas about the serial universe, Ebony Apu and the Hawk and Jackal System of multidimensional magic or through the direct creation of synchronicity (Kirby Suprise’s book Syncronicity).One of the most difficult things to grasp is the change in the concept of what “you” are. No matter what experience you appear to be having right now you are still conscious open cannot NOT be this. You might take on the shape of this or that world but like a pool of water that has become rippled you are still that water.

Technique Number One 

Two cups Method- Changing the YOU in something

What we’re calling quantum jumping, a.k.a. multiverse theory, quantum leaps, dimension jumping or reality shift, has long been viewed as exactly that; magic or sorcery. Some follow magic recipes step by step; others understand the formula which is:


Set an intention, perform an action dedicated to that intention, and observe the results with detachment and you will find yourself at play in the quantum field.

In my opinion, The two-cup method is a manifesting technique just like any other – however, this one delves into the concept of dimension jumping.

Proponents of this concept have called on the multiverse or many worlds theories to support it. 

Many-worlds implies that all possible alternate histories and futures are real, each representing an actual “world” (or “universe”). In layman’s terms, the hypothesis states there is a very large—perhaps infinite—number of universes, and everything that could possibly have happened in our past, but did not, has occurred in the past of some other universe or universes.

Our brain perceives our world.  We need all the parts of the brain in order to function, but the part of the brain which makes us akin to gods is the part of the brain that has no wants and needs and no desires. This is our higher self.  If you can tap into that part of your brain and speak its language…then you can successfully do this.  The language you will need to speak for our purposes is EXPECTATION.  This is the part of your brain that makes sense of the things you hear, the words and their meaning, the patterns in behavior, the tones that make up sounds etc… 

How do we obtain access to this part of our brain?

Through Hypnosis or Meditation- Meditation is a form of self hypnosis.

To train ourselves in a state conducive to the changes we desire to undertake, we need to leave the normal waking state we are used to being in.  This is called the BETA state.  This Beta state is a highly active state where your mind constantly shifts and respond to environmental stimuli. It is useful for coordinating activities with other people such as sports or work, and it is also useful for fulfilling your basic needs.  To access our more internalized processes we need to to enter a slower and calmer state.  You can enter this Alpha Stage through Hypnosis or meditation.  Alpha state will allow you to exhibit the skills of telepathy or clairvoyance or reiki healing.

The state we can easily accomplish dimension jumping is through a Theta state.  In the Theta state you are communicating with the unconscious mind.  In this state you have heightened contact abilities and precognition with other people entities and timelines.  Delta is the one you only experience on your way to sleep and you often do not remember it.

The first time you try this method you will only pick something you wish to change about yourself. You don’t want to pick something that encompasses the entire world, just you. ex. jump to the you that gets an A on the paper, the you that writes a book, the you that is able to buy a house, the you that is more confident. Do not try to jump to a place that encompasses you with someone else.  Ex. Do not jump to a place that your ex comes back to you and is begging for you back. Is it possible? Yes, but not for our purposes.

Two Cups Method.

  1. Take two cups and write on a piece of paper the current situation or status quo and on the second piece of paper describe what you are trying to change. If you want to shift to a Dimension where you get an A on your midterm paper write “Acing my midterm exam” for example on the second piece of paper.

  2. Affix each piece of paper to one cup each. Take the first cup that has the status quo on it and fill it with water.

  3. I like to get in a meditative state before I actually pour the water into the other cup and in my minds eye, I visualize myself in the desired dimension and feel those emotions and basically envision myself achieving the thing and place that I’m trying to jump to. The more real you make this feel for yourself the better.

  4. then take the first cup with the water in it that has the status quo written on it and slowly pour the water into the second cup that is the desired dimension. As i pour the water I feel myself being as fluid as the water moving to that dimension.

  5. Then take the water and drink it fully. I imagine myself feeling very proud of myself for accomplishing this feat and giving myself a spiritual high five.

  6. Then take the pieces of paper and throw them away. Take the glasses and wash them and put them away.

  7. It is essential that you use the set it and forget it tactic- let the universe do its job, so I try my best to move on about my day.

**Note - if you are Trying to do something like get an A on your midterm this doesn’t take the place of studying you still have to do all of those things you would normally do in order to have the universe help you out, but as you will see if you do this right you will absolutely ace that exam even if you feel like you there is no way you will. Knowing in your mind that there is no way you won’t is the key to actually shifting.

** For Those of you that have not had a lot of successful jumps using this method I have found the key for me was in the knowing and truly believing that I was indeed 100% successful with this afterwards.

Mirror Method

The mirror method is a bit more in depth, not as straightforward and I have found somewhat dangerous, unless you are completely secure in all of your thoughts and meditate often to clear any negativity from your mind. Even one tiny negative thought that creeps in can alter your entire outcome and cause you to jump to a dimension that you did not intend to jump to. That unless you have much more experience with the 2 cups method I do not advise that you start using the mirror method at all. Some people disagree but I have found in my own life and in my clients lives this is what worked for me the best and does not tend to have any unforeseen consequences. As with anything psi oriented you should not attempt dimension jumping without fully considering the ramifications and while you should not be afraid you need to give this technique the respect it deserves and take it seriously. Sometimes, things do go a bit haywire. The most important thing is to choose a dimension that you are comfortable with living in.

After you have been able to meditatite for about two weeks and have done the two cups methods and successfully jumped once, however small you are ready to attempt the mirror method.  As with the two cups method you will want to change something about yourself first. Now, As with all things you will want to protect yourself by saging the area where you are going to jump, the mirror and the candle you are using along with yourself.  Say a short protection prayer that will help protect you from any earth bound spirits from attaching themselves to you when you jump.  I use this one “Heavenly Spirit please surround me with a white light of protection so that I might be protected with the light of the divine. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.” You may insert whatever you believe in.

1.) First things first, you're going to need a mirror. The bigger the mirror the better. If you could theoretically walk through the mirror all the better. Small mirrors will still work but for whatever reason, the bigger the better.

2.) Envision the place you want to go, do not add a bunch of details to it but simply think of the thing you are trying to accomplish.

3.) Best times to do this are at night. Most success happens at around 12-3

4.) Turn off all the lights, get rid of as much noise as possible, and sit facing the mirror. Have a candle between the mirror and you. Candle might or might not needed, but we started having a lot more success once the candle was involved. Everything else around you should be dark.

5.) Relax, clear your mind. Make sure you are in a deeper state of consciousness. Optimism is key here, you will need to 100% trust in your ability to accomplish this. BE POSITIVE HERE. If you're scared or think something is going to jump out at you, just stop and try again when you can relax. Remember, that you in the reflection represents another you. You can trust YOU. It's not another entity, it's not some demon, it's just YOU. Remember that above all else!

6.)Concentrate on your reflection. There is nothing else but you and the YOU in the mirror. A YOU from a different place a lot similar to your own. Call out to that YOU, whether it is out loud or in your head. Concentrate on switching places with that YOU. It often helps if you can imagine poring as much emotion and energy as possible when imagining you're switching into that other dimension.

7.) It takes awhile, and some get it faster than others, but if you "shifted" from your current universe, you should feel something. Some of the signs for small shifts have been a brief feeling of movement, a moment of disorientation, or even your reflection blinking at you when you didn't blink. Bigger shifts include your reflection moving on it's own or even the feeling of you literally moving into the side. The bigger the shift, the more you feel.

8.) If you feel any signs, STOP!  If you feel any vibration, notice your face changing shape, or feel yourself start to move through time and space..STOP. Other signs you may notice when the switch occurs; a feeling of euphoria, slight shivers for a few seconds, movement, reflection moving without you moving, feeling of falling, bursting of light across your vision, slight static shock.

Take a few days to note any changes. The signs can be small, like a scar on someone that has mysteriously disappeared or something being a different color. The more you shift, the bigger the differences you see. 

9.) Have a destination in mind.  For advanced jumpers you can skip this step if you are simply jumping for fun, but for those of you who are new to this you will want to have a specific destination in mind.  For example, you can focus on you switching places with the YOU that has more friends.

10.) Its easier to jump to a place that has not happened yet in time.  If you try to jump to a place where your boyfriend did not break up with you, it is infinitely more difficult than if you jumped before the breakup happened.

Key Points

Remember it is easier to accomplish small jumps first than it is to pull off major leaps.  Small jumps can also result in large changes happening that is a part of the risk here.
