I have studied with my guides and my daughter for the past three years learning how to work with the Avatar, which is essentially the etheric body. Why is this method is more successful than most is because when someone does Energy Work on you, your body perceives it as a threat and often rejects it because it is not you. Just like if you were to receive a kidney transplant, there are often rejections because it is a foreign energy. You’re human avatar overlays the body, so I work on this avatar, and then the body perceives it has been organic to itself and there is no rejection.
